Drama, a small essay

Drama is a concept that is not only omnipresent is real life and society, but also in decision making and how we as a people look at things. I am a writer of drama fiction. No matter how much "sci-fi" or "horror" I always attempt to write into my stories, I always end up writing more drama, and honestly, I don't mind that fact in the least. As much as I love my Stephen King novels, or the next, up and coming Stephenie Meyer (save me) book, I always find myself drawn more towards that old and dust covered Jane Austen or Nicholis Sparks novels. This got me thinking, especially as I sat and watched Gossip Girl for the past few hours, exactly how much drama we actually have in our lives. Sure, one would say that drama is what makes life what it is -- it is both excruciating, and wonderful at the same time.
